As much as we plan ahead, sometimes additional charges
arise that we will have to pass on to you. We will do our
utmost to not exceed the costs we have quoted. However,
fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel costs, or changes in
transportation to accommodate our tour sometimes mean
additional assessments. |

Accommodation and ground travel expenses you have paid can
only be refunded if
1) someone fills your place or
2) to the extent we able to obtain refunds from vendors
(some vendors do not refund deposit money; others require
a cancellation fee) |

We highly recommend you
obtain travel insurance which will provide reimbursement
to you in the case you need to cancel your trip due to
serious medical condition affecting you or your immediate
family. Travel insurance can often be bought in modules
and covers such things as trip cancellation, loss and
theft during the trip, medical care and emergency
evacuation. it can cost anywhere between $60-$200 so check
the different options that the link takes you to. |

All accommodations are double occupancy unless you specify
you want single accommodations (at an additional fee). You
are responsible for choosing your roommate We will not be
making that assignment. Roommates, whenever possible,
should remain the same throughout the trip as this
facilitates providing rooming lists to hotels. |

Travel made Easy act only as an agent for the suppliers of
transportation, accommodations, and other goods and
services provided to the tour participant. All
arrangements for transport, accommodations, and services
are made upon the express condition that Travel made Easy
shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
consequential, or incidental damage, injury, loss,
accident, delay, irregularity of any kind occasioned by
reason of any act or omission beyond its control
including, without limitation, any act of negligence or
breach of contract of any third party such as an airline,
train, hotel, ground handler, etc who is to or does supply
any goods or services for the tour. Without limit to the
foregoing, Travel made Easy in not responsible for any
losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule,
overbooking or accommodations, default of any third
parties, sickness, Weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of
terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal
activity, or for any other cause beyond its control.
Travel made Easy reserves the right to change the
itinerary of the tour without prior notice. if the tour is
canceled by Travel made Easy for any reason, Travel made
Easy shall have no liability beyond the refund of
refundable tour participants land deposits received.
Travel made Easy may increase the tour price in the event
of cost increases. Travel made Easy may decline to accept
or retain any tour participant as a participant on the
tour at any time. if any tour participant leaves or is
removed from the tour, a refund only for refundable,
unused services shall be made. The passenger tickets in
use by the carriers, when issued, shall constitute the
sole contract between the carriers and the passenger. |
